Information from Payne County: I'm reaching out to all Payne County school systems to let you all know about an opportunity for students ages 12-18 to be vaccinated for Covid-19. Payne County Youth Services and Tiger Drug have teamed up to host a clinic for students and parents/families on June 4th from 1pm-6pm at the Stillwater Community Center. We have developed an online consent form that can be accessed from a link (provided below) and filled out prior to the clinic to reduce wait times at the clinic and to help us get an idea of how many might attend. It is certainly not required to fill this out ahead of time and for those who might not have internet access, forms will be available at the clinic. There is ZERO charge for this for anyone. We look forward to the opportunity to help these students and their families get vaccinated! Link to consent form: https://form.jotform.com/211034734768154
