Yearbooks will be delayed due to printing press being shut down. We will make an announcement when we have more details.

Due to Covid, Glencoe yearbooks will be delivered at a later date than usual. We will provide updates as we receive them. Thank you for your patience.

Elementary enrollment is in cafeteria from 5-7pm TONIGHT. (if you didn't enroll online already) MASKS REQUIRED TO ENTER and a limited # of people allowed in at a time, so please don't bring the entire family. Thank you!!
Many students did NOT pick up their end of year supplies/report cards. We will have those sacks in the cafeteria tonight for you to pick up. Last year's 6th graders supply sacks have been taken to High School.

Reminder: Athletic Physicals are tomorrow, Tuesday, July 28th. Any student that intends to play a school sport is required to have a physical

Glencoe Public Schools plans to release our ‘Return to Learn’ plan Thursday afternoon. The State Board of Education has a meeting Thursday morning concerning mask mandates and we are waiting for their determination.

Online enrollment is now open for all students, PreK-12. It can not be completed on a phone. Attached are the updated instructions for online enrollment.


THANK YOU to our PTO for buying us a new laminator when the old one quit last week. We appreciate all you do for our teachers and students!!!

PK parents!! Since parents won't be able to come into the buildings as part of our risk reduction guidelines, we are opening up the PK room for you to bring your little one by for a visit with Mrs. Remington. August 4th or 5th from 9-6pm. Please contact Mrs. Remington @ mremington@glencoe.k12.ok.us and she will set you up an appointment to come in.

Virtual Parent Training - Elementary. July 30 @ 6:30
If you are planning on attending the Virtual Parent Training, please respond so we can get a head count. We ask that you don't bring the entire family to the meeting so that social distancing will be easier.

Attention Parents!!!
Dr. Echalk will require each student to wear a face mask during the physical examination on July 28th.

If you are choosing Virtual Academy for your student this year at the Elementary the mandatory parent meeting is July 30th @ 6:30 in the 5th grade room. You will HAVE TO ENROLL your students on July 28th during enrollment and let the teacher know you are choosing Virtual.

Returning to school information for Glencoe Elementary. As of right now we are starting school on August 6, 2020 for traditional classrooms.
COVID procedures will be in place - parents will NOT be allowed in the buildings (except the office). Including the 1st day of school.
Buildings will be open to drop off school supplies the following times: July 21-23 from 9-12 ; July 27-30 from 9-12; August 3-5 from 9-3.
Please put the school supplies in a bag/box with students' name on it and set outside the classroom doors.

Attention HS Baseball

Dear Parents,
Glencoe HS & JH enrollment will be online this year. You will simply need your login and password that you use to check your child’s grades. If you do not have access, please contact Sandy at 580-669-2261. Enrollment can be done from any device that has internet access. If you do not have a device or internet access, you may use the computers in the library. We will be sending out another message in the near future letting you know when the online enrollment will be opening.
