Dear Elementary (PK-3rd only) Parent or Caregiver,
Oklahoma earned a federal grant to expand access to Fine Arts courses through the Art Tech program. Your child attended the Music (Art Tech) course at Glencoe Public Schools. Your feedback is essential to improve the program, inform the state education agency and U.S. Department of Education, and maintain the grant.
It will take less than 10 minutes to complete the survey. This survey is voluntary and you may stop at any point. All feedback will remain anonymous and/or be presented in aggregate.
