Attention Parents/Students School facilities will be closed to all students and parents from Saturday, June 26th thru Sunday, July 4th · 2021. This in accordance with the OSSAA Summertime Dead Week Dates.

PCYS is excited to announce our 2nd Pfizer vaccine clinic will be this Friday, June 25th from 1:00pm to 6:00pm at the Stillwater Community Center, 315 W 8th Ave. Tiger Drug will be administering the vaccines. First and second doses of the vaccine will be available for everyone ages 12 and up. Walk-ins are welcome or feel free to preregister at https://form.jotform.com/211384434059152 Everyone ages 12-18 who receives the COVID-19 vaccine at this clinic will receive a free t-shirt (2 design options available) and will be entered in a prize drawing; names will be drawn for prizes following the clinic. Special “Thank You!” to Stillwater Medical Center, Tiger Drug, Dearingers, and Eskimo Joe’s for the wonderful support and sponsorship as we continue to educate and encourage youth in the community to get vaccinated against COVID-19 before returning to school.

Baseballs Wanted! The baseball team is needing between 100 to 200 baseballs for our new FungoMan. If you have any baseballs or know someone that does, please bring them to the high school or contact Chad Speer at 580-571-2533. We will take any baseball in any condition. ;)

Incoming PreK Students: If you have, or know of, an incoming PreK student (age 4 by September 1st) please call the Elementary School at 580-669-2254. Leave a message with your name and phone number. Someone will contact you about enrolling.

In preparation for the 2021-2022 school year, Glencoe Public Schools must develop a Safe Return and Continuity of Services Plan. These students played volleyball on the last day of school. Coach Tallchief kept them in line.

Information from Payne County: I'm reaching out to all Payne County school systems to let you all know about an opportunity for students ages 12-18 to be vaccinated for Covid-19. Payne County Youth Services and Tiger Drug have teamed up to host a clinic for students and parents/families on June 4th from 1pm-6pm at the Stillwater Community Center. We have developed an online consent form that can be accessed from a link (provided below) and filled out prior to the clinic to reduce wait times at the clinic and to help us get an idea of how many might attend. It is certainly not required to fill this out ahead of time and for those who might not have internet access, forms will be available at the clinic. There is ZERO charge for this for anyone. Our greatest appreciation to Mrs. Stout for all her years of service to Glencoe Public Schools. She retired after last year but we were unable to conduct our usual gatherings due to Covid. She will be greatly missed ♥️
