I sent out a text message this morning about students quarantining with a positive family member. Here are the specifics:
Any student who has a positive Covid case within their household must quarantine for a full 10 days and may return to school on day 11, UNLESS they have shown symptoms during their 10 day quarantine. Day 1 is the positive test date. If they have shown symptoms ,then proper caution should be taken by the parents before they can return to school.
If there is a student within a family that just had a new member test positive, and that student has already had Covid, they can return to school as usual. A student who has had Covid does not have to quarantine again for 90 days after positive test results.
