PK parents!! Since parents won't be able to come into the buildings as part of our risk reduction guidelines, we are opening up the PK room for you to bring your little one by for a visit with Mrs. Remington. August 4th or 5th from 9-6pm. Please contact Mrs. Remington @ mremington@glencoe.k12.ok.us and she will set you up an appointment to come in.

Virtual Parent Training - Elementary. July 30 @ 6:30 If you are planning on attending the Virtual Parent Training, please respond so we can get a head count. We ask that you don't bring the entire family to the meeting so that social distancing will be easier.

Attention Parents!!! Dr. Echalk will require each student to wear a face mask during the physical examination on July 28th.

If you are choosing Virtual Academy for your student this year at the Elementary the mandatory parent meeting is July 30th @ 6:30 in the 5th grade room. You will HAVE TO ENROLL your students on July 28th during enrollment and let the teacher know you are choosing Virtual.

Returning to school information for Glencoe Elementary. As of right now we are starting school on August 6, 2020 for traditional classrooms. COVID procedures will be in place - parents will NOT be allowed in the buildings (except the office). Including the 1st day of school. Buildings will be open to drop off school supplies the following times: July 21-23 from 9-12 ; July 27-30 from 9-12; August 3-5 from 9-3. Please put the school supplies in a bag/box with students' name on it and set outside the classroom doors. There will be more updates - please set your notifications! Thank you so much for your support and patience during this unusual time.

Attention HS Baseball Practice will begin Thursday July 23 @ 7:30pm and Friday July 24 @ 10am

Dear Parents, Glencoe HS & JH enrollment will be online this year. You will simply need your login and password that you use to check your child’s grades. If you do not have access, please contact Sandy at 580-669-2261. Enrollment can be done from any device that has internet access. If you do not have a device or internet access, you may use the computers in the library. We will be sending out another message in the near future letting you know when the online enrollment will be opening.

Elementary parents K-6th; If you are enrolling your students in Glencoe's Virtual Academy (GVA) for the upcoming school year we are hosting a Parent Training on July 30th at 6:30 in the 5th grade room. This is a REQUIREMENT if your student is participating in GVA.

2020-2021 School Year Information We currently plan to return to school "normally", in the buildings. Our first day will be August 6th. We will also offer a virtual option for parents that are not comfortable returning to the classroom. All students need to enroll (even those wanting virtual learning) on July 28th. PreK-6th in the multi-purpose building, 7th-12th in the High School. You can access and print most of the enrollment paperwork on the website if you would like to do that ahead of time, the free/reduced lunch form will be added when it is available.

Due to having no power at the school the elementary buildings will NOT be open this morning (Friday) for parents to pick up end of year bags. Mrs. Lane will be at school WEDNESDAY the 27th and buildings will be open. Thank you!!
